Purpose

THE AMENIA FREE REVIEW EXISTS to create a communist avant-garde in America.

WE HAVE SOME THOUGHTS about how best to pursue that, but equally loathe prescription.

FOR NOW (AND FOREVER) we'd like to publish the best experimentalism we can find–form and linguistic richness we've never seen before–or realism with its cheek at the edge of the century, or critical thought in the very center of material struggle and the culture growing out of its body, or reportage sent from where the actual is happening, or something else, anything else, from you.
